My Take

I have used most of the variants of Patanjali face wash. When it comes to hair care products and face washes, my dad prefers to buy only Patanjali ones. You will always find 2-3 Patanjali products lying in our bathroom’s shower caddie. ๐Ÿ˜ I love their hair cleansers A LOT – that’s why I have been using them non stop since last 2-3 years! โ˜บ Moving on to the review of this Honey Orange Face Wash, it comes in the typical patanjali face wash packaging with a flip flap cap on top and some basic information about the product on the back. Its packaging is very hygienic and travel friendly.

The face wash is of yellowish-orange colour and kind of looks like honey. Now, by reading Honey as its main ingredient you must be thinking that it has a delicious smell, but it actually smells more like orange zest/orange peel/citrus sinensis i.e. a little bitter. I am not a big fan of honey, be it in my food or skincare, but I love this face wash. It has a gel like consistency and feels more like a cleanser instead of a face wash. It has a soap free formula so it doesn’t foam at all, but still cleanses the skin well.

I have used this face wash to remove my makeup, clean my makeup brushes and my makeup sponge as well. It does a great job of removing every single bit of makeup from my face. I don’t think that I will ever need any makeup remover if I have this face wash, neither a makeup brush/sponge cleaner! ๐Ÿ˜€ I will strictly recommend this product only to those with oily/combination skin because it can be veryyyyyy drying for normal/dry skinned people, even though it contains aloe and honey.

  1. Oh, I liked the packaging of this Pantajali Orange wash, and it’s definitely good for travelling, but as you said it is not so good for dry skin – mine tends to be a bit so and is very sensitive, it’s a sad no for me ๐Ÿ™ I love orange products!
