Out of all the beautiful places in Korba, silver jubilee park is my favourite one! It has been here from I guess around 11-12 years. I fell in love with this place the very first time I went there, right after its construction. It is a huge park full of greenery, different kinds of flowers, fountains and many more things! I love visiting this park during the winter season because that’s when I get to see the colourful flowers in all the nooks and corners of the park. It looks great during the rest of the year too, but it is a must-visit place between the months of November and February. Travel Diary | Khutaghat Dam & Ratanpur Mahamaya Temple | The Beauty of Chhattisgarh

When you are visiting Chhattisgarh, you will find tons of dams and water reservoirs surrounded by beautiful jungles! One such dam is called Khutaghat. I know, the name sounds quite uncommon! It is situated near Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and it comes before the Ratanpur Temple when you are on the Katghora-Bilaspur route. I have visited this temple many times in the past, but it was my first time visiting Khutaghat Dam. I could not spend a lot of time there, but it was truly a wonderful place!
