Hi people! Today I am here to review another product from Omved. If you haven’t checked out my previous review yet then you can do it now by clicking here. Let’s get started with the review of Omved Cinnamon Lip Balm! 🙂

The Omved Cinnamon Lip Balm comes in a small aluminium tub. It’s very small and can be carried easily in a handbag, but the one I received has a loose lid so it keeps falling off. 🙁 As you can make out from the ingredients list, this a completely natural lip balm.
Cinnamon Oil is one of its main ingredients and let me tell you this, cinnamon is a really good ingredient for lips! If you have pigmentation on your lips then use cinnamon oil (not directly, but with some carrier oils) on them regularly and it will help you to lighten the colour of your lips and also plump them naturally. Instead of going through the hassle of buying and mixing different kinds of oils, you can just buy this lip balm by omved and use it daily to see the results by yourself. It is a non tinted lip balm so I have included this in my night time skincare routine. Whenever I use this lip balm, I feel that it’s more like a lip oil and less like a lip balm – I think it’s because it contains oil in more quantity!
The lip balm has a very light texture. It feels as if you have applied nothing on your lips! It glides smoothly on lips – just like butter and stays for around 1-2 hours. One thing that I don’t like about this lip balm is its smell, but the smell subsides after a while so I’m not complaining. It takes a lot of time to heal severely chapped lips (which I get often since I sleep with the A.C. on), but gradually nourishes them.
I will recommend my readers to try this lip balm because it has very impressive ingredients list!
What I liked about Omved Cinnamon Lip Balm
- Contains natural ingredients.
- Contains cinnamon oil which has ability to reduce lip pigmentation.
- Cruelty free.
- Provides softness to the lips.
- Packaging is recyclable.
What I didn’t like about Omved Cinnamon Lip Balm
- Stick packaging would’ve been better.
- A bit expensive.
- Takes time to heal chapped lips.
- Needs to be reapplied every now and then.
If you are looking for a 100% natural, non tinted lip balm which can also reduce lip pigmentation over a period of time then this one is for you!

Cinnamon lip balm sounds good. Though its expensive, if its 100% natural, then its worth it…
Nice Review…lip balm sounds also good.

Its worth it since its natural. Lovely review 🙂
Love lip balm and love cinnamon so this is something I have to try, thank you for the review! Annoying though that one have to reapply it, but will it ever exist a lipbalm that doesn’t need to be reapplied? Would take one of those then hahah! Xx
Mmm… I like your reviews, I need lip balms all the time; if I don’t pay attention to my lips, they get very chapped, easily. But you saying that it takes time to heal with this product, then I’ll pass. And the lid doesn’t seem to be good, you said it’s loose 🙂 I’ve started posting on Fridays too, so please forgive me for the “signature” 🙂 It’s automatic after my name 🙂 Hope you have a great weekend!
