My Take on Aroma Essentials Hair Cleansers

Cleanser #1 comes in a small transparent tub. It contains Mustard Oil and Essential Oils. There might be several other ingredients in the cleanser, but only two of them are mentioned on the packaging. Its fragrance kind of gives out that it has either Ginger or Saunth (dry Ginger) in it. The fragrance is not too strong, but people who don’t prefer herbal/natural fragrances may not like it. I love it though!

The consistency of this hair cleanser is thick and mousse-like. It cleanses the hair and scalp quite well. If you have oily hair, then it can be a great daily hair cleanser for you. It may not be the best option for deep cleansing as it’s very gentle on the hair and scalp. For that purpose, you should look for a cleanser that contains Reetha/Shikakai. This one seems to be suitable for people with dry hair and problematic scalp like mine. It doesn’t strip the natural oils off my hair and therefore, they remain soft and nourished.

The Cleanser #2 comes in a transparent bottle. It’s a very liquidy hair cleanser that contains Carbon, Onion Juice, Pro.V (pro vitamin) B5, Mustard Oil and Essential Oils. It has an overpowering smell of Onions and that might be the only downside of it. Other than that, it’s a good one to use if you have weak and thin hair since onions are known to be one of the best foods to get thicker hair naturally.

What I liked about Aroma Essentials Hair Cleansers

  • They are formulated with only natural ingredients that strengthen the hair and promote their growth.
  • They can be used daily as they are very gentle.
  • The cleanser #1 smells nice and provides a soothing effect on the scalp.

What I didn’t like about Aroma Essentials Hair Cleansers

  • People with oily hair may not find them much suitable.
  • The smell of cleanser #2 is unbearable because of onion juice. 🙁
