  2. Unfortunately, I was a fussy eater when I was a kid and my parents never forced me eating anything. I am still a fussy eater 🙁 I don’t like being this way, but it’s difficult to change habits. I know that protein is important and other things too. I am not a parent either, and if I were, I would try to create a vegetable and fruit habit since early age! Very good and important post!
