We usually throw away the mango peels, thinking that they are of no use. But, if we can use orange peels to make their powder, then why cannot we do the same thing with mango peels? Simply, just keep aside the mango peels on a paper once you are done devouring on the delicious mangoes and let them bask under the sun for a few days.

Once they have dried enough, grind them in a mixer to make their powder. If you want to make DIY Mango Peel Powder Scrub, keep the powder a little coarse. For the face pack, you have to keep the consistency fine. Store the powder in an airtight container and keep it away from moist areas. Whenever you want to use the mango Peel powder to pamper your skin, mix it with milk, curd, or cream to make a thick paste. This pack will also help to de-tan your skin effectively!

Who knew that the yummilicious juice of mango can be used as a toner for skin? I am definitely not talking about the packaged mango juice like Frooti or Maaza! ? You have to brew fresh juice of mango for this DIY. You need to add two other ingredients to this skin toner otherwise, it will feel extremely sticky. Those two ingredients are Aloe Vera Gel and Rose Water. Take 4-5 tablespoons of Aloe Vera Gel in a blender and add 2 tablespoons of mango juice as well as the same quantity of Rose Water in it. Blend it once so that the ingredients can mix well together. You may use a Vitamin E Oil capsule after this step to preserve the DIY toner for a long period! Use this toner with a cotton pad every night before you sleep. Your skin will LOVE this natural, nourishing toner!
